<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;"><strong><span lang="RO">Fructele de padure</span></strong><span lang="RO"> nu sunt doar surse de aroma concentrata, sunt si pachetele mici de vitamine, minerale si fibre. De exemplu, o ceasca de <strong>capsuni </strong>taiate contine cantitatea necesara de <strong>vitamina C</strong> pentru o zi. O ceasca de <strong>mure </strong>contine aportul necesar de mangan, in timp ce aceeasi cantitate de <strong>zmeura </strong>suplineste o treime din nevoia zilnica de niamicina (vitamina B). <strong>Coacazele </strong>si <strong>capsunile </strong>sunt surse surprinzatoare de vitamina E. Si toate contin intre 4 si 9 fibre pentru fiecare 100g. De ce sunt fructele de padure atat de bune pentru noi? Semintele lor sunt imprastiate in principal de pasari si animale; culorile luminoase ale fructelor de padure ajuta la atragerea acestor distribuitori. Invelisul lor trebuie sa fie destul de subtire pentru putea fi mancate usor, dar in acelasi timp nu trebuie sa fie vulnerabile in fata bolilor si a insectelor. Chimicalele care coloreaza plantele si le protejeaza au rezultat sa fie de asemenea bune pentru noi.</span></p>
