O jumatate de kg mai putin in greutate inseamna meniuri mai sarace cu 3500 de calorii. Dar asta nu inseamna ca trebuie sa ne infometam! Putem manca bine si sa fim in forma daca stim ce sa alegem:
Apa contra suc: inlocuieste clasicul pahar de suc de portocale de la micul dejun cu un pahar cu apa plata calduta, in care storci cateva picaturi de lamaie. Efectul? Scapi de efectul de balonare si de 1.980 de calorii pe luna.
Fara grasimi: in loc de sandvisul cu paine alba si doua felii ...

In locul unei banane, mananca doua mere, o data la doua zile, si vei reduce consumul cu 1.365 calorii! Inlocuieste gustarea de 5 curmale cu 5 caise uscate si vei economisi inca 535 calorii.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span lang="RO">Ciocolata neagra</span></strong><span lang="RO"> – inlocuieste ciocolata cu alune din care mai furi cate o bucatica doua in timpul zilei cu doua patratele de ciocolata neagra, cu peste 70% cacao, si mai economisesti 1.020 calorii pe luna.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span lang="RO">Carne slaba</span></strong><span lang="RO"> – pentru sarmale, friptura sau chiftelute, alege <strong>carnea de curcan</strong>, pentru ca este bogata in <strong>proteine </strong>si fara nici un fel de grasimi, si mai tai astfel 620 calorii pe luna.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span lang="RO">La restaurant</span></strong><span lang="RO"> – daca tii regim nu inseamna ca trebuie sa renunti la masa in oras. Comanda in loc de carbonara (cu sos de smantana) tagliatelle cu sos tomat si ai mai taiat 670 de calorii la o masa.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span lang="RO">Pastreaza masura</span></strong><span lang="RO"> – inlocuieste o cana de vin fiert (250 ml) cu un pahar mic de vin (125 ml) si vei mai scoate 730 calorii la fiecare 8 pahare.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="RO">In loc de</span><strong><span lang="RO"> cascaval</span></strong><span lang="RO">, care are mai multa grasime, mananca <strong>branza semi-degresata</strong>. La 400 gr. branza pe saptamana mananci mai putin cu 2.470 de calorii!</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="RO">Daca iti place <strong>laptele</strong>, alege intotdeauna varianta semidegresata (1,5%) in locul celei integrale (3,5%) si vei reusi sa tai in jur de 250 de calorii pe luna.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="RO"><span> <strong> </strong></span>Vei reusi astfel sa economisesti 10.840 de calorii pe luna!<strong></strong></span></p>
